Shipping + Delivery

Shipping nationwide within NZ is $5 tracked & $7 rural tracked. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when the item(s) have been dispatched. This email will contain the tracking information for your purchase. Your items should arrive within 1-3 days, however, with rural address it can take up to an extra 2 days.

NO SHIPPING TO PO BOXES.

Each item is checked for quality control before it is shipped. When your item(s) arrive, courier companies suggest inspecting the item immediately to ensure there is no damage during its transit. If any damage occurs, please feel free to contact us for help with lodging a claim with the courier company.

*Important: We trust that you will choose the most appropriate shipping service according to your address and location. If you are unsure what your address is qualified as for shipping, please contact us and we’d be happy to help. Failure to correctly choose your shipping service means a full refund for your order. Help us keep our shipping prices fair and honest!

Shipping to Australia is a flat rate of $15 dollars. This service is untracked and can take up to 7-12 days for delivery. We accept no responsibility if your package is lost or damaged.

Returns + Exchanges

If you are not happy with your order please contact us, so we can assist you. However, if you’re not happy with your purchase, provided the goods are unopened, unused and in acceptable condition, you can return them for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that the initial courier costs of the returned item will not be refunded, nor the costs incurred for returning the item to us for a refund. Without exception, the items that have been returned opened or used will not be for return unless the item is faulty.

MEE will not share your email or any other personal information with any third party. We obliged to only use your email for order confirmation, stores updates, customer service issues or to provide your tracking code. All email addresses on our newsletter list are opt-in only.
